Terms and conditions of subscription and negotiation

1) WBA declares to attempt to realize a suitable negotiation in a matter that is most desired by the house seeker.

2) To be considered a candidate by WBA you have to be a subscribed at WBA-Wonen as a house seeker.

3) The negotiation starts after a meeting with one of our partners and after completing the subscription form. This is not necessary when subscription is done through internet.

4) The subscription fees are € 17,95 per month.

5) WBA promises to invite a maximum of 5 candidates per viewing session. The invitation will be done by phone and will be planned after consulting the candidates.

6) Candidates that don’t respect the viewing appointment or do not present themselves at the exact time of viewing will be dismissed from our services.

7) As a candidate you have time till 11.30 a.m. the next day to decide whether you accept the offer or do not. You can mail your decision or tell us directly. (Answering machine). Whenever a candidate lacks to inform us about acceptation of our offer the subscription will automatically be stopped. Viewing and acceptation by a candidate does not guarantee acceptation by the landlord.
